If there's one thing I thought I'd never see in Houston, it's snow. We had a "trace" of it last year but this year, it was real. They've been predicting it all week and, sure enough, it snowed all day on Friday. It was beautiful! My first graders were so excited and we went out a few times to play in it. Pretty amazing to watch 7 year-olds who have never seen snow before. Winston was here with Luke to watch him experience this interesting phenomenon called snow and they also had fun outside.
