Stop and Go

As previously stated, Luke is moving around a lot these days. Not quite crawling yet but scooting around at a pretty fast pace.

With all the moving, he wears himself out and is finally getting better at taking naps, even while eating...

The other day, Winston sent me a picture at school showing Luke up on his knees in his crib. Uh-oh. He was in there while Winston was getting his stuff ready to go and didn't want to just roll around. I knew the day was coming when we would have to lower the crib but figured he could do one more night of sleeping. During the day he had just been put in there awake so surely he wouldn't wake up during the night and crawl back up, right?

Wrong. This is the sight that greeted me at 3:30 in the morning when I heard him stirring through the monitor! He was so cute - looking like the captain of his own little ship!He was very proud of himself. He spent the rest of the week sleeping in the pack n' play in our room and we finally got the crib lowered today. Much better!
